tip-a-canoe and tyler (eric) too or the return of creeky
with the foreknowledge that it was going to be a beautiful friday. We tied Natasha's heirloom canoe onto the Honda Element and drove up to Deer Creek Resevoir for some good ol' recreation. Man those Elements sure are handy:
When we arrived I was left behind during a trip to the potty and was promptly demoted to the carrier of life jackets.
When we got there, our first mission was to rescue our $1.05 inflatable globe. We told ourselves that we were on a mission to save the world.
The Union side of the boat: Jessica and Natasha
The confederates: Me (unshaven with my new $1.05 glasses) and Eric (attempting to show me up with his muscles)
We were talking about swimming, but instead decided to sleep and eat cheez-its. I'd say we made the right decision. We also spun stories about Creeky, the half deer half fish monster that roams these waters.

This sounds like something I would have loved to participate in. Also at the mention of 1.05 I felt a pang of nostalgia for the HonK's 1.05 and my weekly saturday trip for the new shipment of tattoos. I am glad you are living the dream in the spring time.
oh mere-
you are missed.
rob, you should probably watch out for he-man as he looks like he knows an alternate use for that ore.
canoeing again in 11 days sounds like a fine idea, don't you think?
