Red Mill

Steph and I have been craving Red Mill Burgers for approximately 6 months now, and every week, she is disappointed that we don't get to go there. So tonight, post MOHAI, we headed up to Phinney Ridge and got our eat on.

I was first introduced to Red Mill a few years ago by Cindy and I have not looked back since. The last time I went was with Jared Clark and Jason Anderson. And Jason, despite being a vegetarian for the year prior to the Red Mill visit, totally downed a double bacon deluxe.

Stephanie played it safe with the regular deluxe....wuss!

I played it less safe by adding cheese. But I was immediately filled with guilt afterwards for not ordering the Bacon and Bleu Cheese Burger.

Notice that I am not a tomato or pickle guy -- so shoot me!

But I am a goopy kind of guy....mmmmmmmmm

If anyone wants to come and visit, I promise to take you there. But if you don't come, don't worry, because I probably still will end up going.

Is there a way to send me a red onion veggie-burger by mail? If so, throw in a chocolate milk shake and some fries. I have not found an equivalent yet down here. There is this place called Five Guys, it is supposed to be real good. But, they don't have veggie-burger and they fry their stuff with peanut oil. so it's off-limits for Lisa.

jacob - we thought of you when we were at red mill, not the kind of thinking that results in sending you a veggie burger, though.

Yum, bacon blue cheese burger sounds delicious...if you could add that into the care package you send to Florida (or wherever I happen to be traveling at the moment) that would be lovely! In the meantime, enjoy it for us both.

Next time you guys go, David and I want to go! I am a sucker for their bar-b-que sauce AND the Mill Sauce mixed together dripping all over the aluminum foil wrapper. I dip my onion rings in the drippings. Mmmmm, delicious.

And by the way, I always give David my pickles and tomatoes too!
